Lead - Asset Management - IPP Projects - Solar Industry (12-15 yrs)
Locations: Mumbai with travel across site locations
Duties & Responsibilities:
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Performance : Regular monitor and review of plant perfromance and ensure achievement of Targets. Ensure implementation of actions and drive initiatives to maximise revenue.
Contract & PPA Management: Creation, O&M, EPC, PPA contract monitoring, creation and implementation.
Commercials: Revenue realiasation for portfolio including timely JMR, Invoice, payment receivable and payments. Ensure compliance related to various statutory charges under PPA and operation. Closely work with Finance for yearly budget and variance
O&M review: Ensure adherence as per contract, PM plan, module cleaning, testing & calibration, HSE, 5s, Warranty management.
Forecasting & Scheduling: Overall management of F&S as per state and central regulation and ensure best in industry performance.
Complaince: Review, monitor and ensure adherence to various compliances required for operational plants under (contractual, PPA, local, LDC's etc.)
Technical and commercial discussion pertaining to data room creation, documentation, generation estimation, external query resolution.
Understanding and knowledge of various regulation CEA, state, F&S etc.
Interaction with SLDC, RLDC, Offtakers for operational and commercial related queries and resolution
Closely work with Procurement, Engineering for vendor SLA, warranties, implementation of learnings
Warranty/SLA management
Standardisation: Process, for HOTO, SOP documents DGR, MMR, MIS.
Safety Basic Knowledge of integrated management system, OSHAS and ISO
Experience:
12-15 years experience, 6-8 year relevant experience in solar/renewables
Education Qualification / Additional Certifications
MSc/BE/B.Tech in Electrical/ Electronics
Six Sigma, Quality
Skills:
