Technical Lead - Fixture Design
Design engineer for Sheet metal Fixture department
Key roles and deliverables:
- Process engineering
- Designing of Sheet metal Spot and Arc Welding Fixtures for BIW on CAD # Catia V5 R22
- Designing and Detailing 3D & 2D on Catia V5 R22
- Technical part list / BOM for manufacturing to shop release of tool
- Co-ordination with manufacturing of fixtures till handover
- Additional qualification / experience exposure for SE tools is preferred
- Exposure to Robotics application in BIW domain
- Interaction with external design vendor & other TML agencies
