Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the release of project inventories in line with our annual sales goals.
- Manage end-to-end coordination for project designs, ensuring timely submission and approval of drawings.
- Collaborate with top-notch architectural firms, from conceptual design to approvals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory byelaws and design norms.
- Add unique value in space planning and design, enhancing our projects' USPs.
- Lead the design of marketing spaces, show flats, and landscape areas to perfection, with timely deliverables to the construction team.
- Provide essential renders and designs to our Marketing team well ahead of sales launches.
- Maintain an organized database of designs and drawings.
Qualification:
- A qualified Architect with 10 plus years of experience in real estate design coordination.
- A visionary leader with excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and deadline-driven.
