Job Description:-

Profile: should have worked in a major OEM studio as Designer, with minimum 6 -8 years- experience in the Design field. Should have experience of following at least one major projects into Production. Comfort with both digital (Photoshop, alias) and physical modelling tools.

Responsible for managing the Creative content for a specific vehicle platform and all model variants on the same for facelifts, limited editions etc. required during the Product life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare the Design brief along with the Design Project/program Manager.

2. Giving inputs to designers for compliance to Engineering feasibility and technical constraints.

3. Ensuring timely preparation and release of data for Visualization and physical models for various Design milestone presentations and reviews.

4. Undertaking Consumer and Design trends as well as Competition benchmarking for specific platforms you are responsible for.

5. Ensure Design intent is maintained through the development cycle into production.

6. Mentoring Concept designers for skill improvement both for Creativity and Productivity.
