Lead Designer - Highway Drawings & Models (10-15 yrs)
Qualifications and Attributes :
- Excellent skills in Highway drawings and models
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good command over and technical writing skills.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in leading projects independently from BIM front.
- 10 to 15 years of overall relevant experience in Highways.
- A Bachelor's degree or Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with sufficient and relevant experience.
- Flexible and engaging with resilience, drive and self-motivation.
- Ability to collaborate successfully within a project and team environment.
- Working knowledge of British Standards or any other international standards.
- Able to lead a team of junior CAD BIM staff
