Lead Engineer - Design (10-15 yrs)
Position : Lead Design Engineer
10 + Years Experience in Mechatronics or Mechanical
CTC upto : 15 LPA
Location: Coimbatore
Responsibilities
Lead Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design, development and implementation mechanical and electrical designs while leading a team of engineers. This role requires technical expertise, strong leadership skills and the ability to manage projects efficiently to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor- s/Master's degree in Mechatronics and Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 + years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
- Proven experience in leading and managing an engineering team.
- Knowledge of design in SolidWorks.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
