Lead Engineer - Global Wind Energy Company (7-12 yrs)
The Client :
A Global Wind Energy Company
The Role :
- Design & implementation expertise on mechanical, hydraulic & electrical tools and equipment.
- Design of Tools & Equipment (T&E) using Creo & Solid works.
- Perform strength Analysis using ANSYS /Pro-Mechanica for T&E design
- Conduct Risk Assessments & recommend actions
- Create user manuals, technical construction files.
- Identify process improvements and provide solutions.
- Perform DFMEA analysis on tools & equipment designed
- Create supporting documentation and calculations for tooling certification (CE Marking, UL conformity, OSHA Etc.)
- Maintain confidentiality on internal /external communications
The Person for the Role : (female candidates preferred)
- B.E. Mechanical Engineering(preferred) with about 7 to 10 years experience.
- Knowledge on GD&T, CE & other certification requirements
- Hands on experience in CAD tools - Solid works, Creo & Auto CAD
- Basic working knowledge on ANSYS
- Working experience on ERP, preferably Infor-XA or SAP
- Knowledge on PDM (Windchill)
