Job Description: Lead Systems Engineer (MBSE - Medical Devices)
An individual, with 6-10 years of industry experience, looking for a challenging
opportunity to lead projects and a group of Systems Engineers, with a willingness to learn new technologies, methodologies and tools.
Location: Pune
Relevant Experience (Must have)
- A professional with more than 6-10 years of industry experience, looking for a challenging opportunity to lead projects and a group of Systems Engineers, with a willingness to learn new technologies, methodologies and Digital Engineering and MBSE tools.
- Product Development and Systems Architecture experience with Medical Devices
- Experience in MBSE / MBSD / MBE tools such as Cameo / Rhapsody etc
- Writing and managing requirements in requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS, Polarion etc
- Has worked on complex projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Has experience working with stakeholders
Good to have Experience
- Project Management experience
- Cross domain experience (Automotive/ Aerospace/ Industrial)
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Lead MBSE projects.
- Understanding customer requirements.
- Breaking down project activities into tasks for team members
- Review projects to ensure quality and on-time delivery
- Reviewing deliverables with customers and stakeholders
2. Executing complex projects
- Understanding Clients needs and identifying gaps and opportunities
- Defining SE processes as required in the project
- Exploring MBSE tools and implementing SE processes
- Providing process trainings to clients when required
3. Ensuring project is on track
- Work with Project manager to define project plan
- Regularly update project progress
Education
- BTech / MTech in Embedded Systems, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or equivalent
- Certification in Systems Engineering (good to have)
