Exp:- Min 12 years of Experience.

Location:- Indonesia.

Note:- Initial 1 year on Bachelor accommodation and then family accommodation at Jakarta.

Yokogawa/ ABB DCS Experience,

Work Experience in Large Ammonia Plant or Preferably with KBR Technology.

Exposed to Design-Construction-Erection-Commissioning of Projects from Ownerside.

Plant Maintenance, Day-to-Day Checks, Turnaround jobs, Upgrades, Overhauling of DCS, ESD, MMS, Instrumentation, Control Valves, Analyzers, Vibration Monitoring, Fire Management System, Tank Gauging, Gas Metering, Solar Systems, EPABX,CCTVs-

Experienced in CMMS for Maintenance Scheduling, Preventive, Predective & Inventory of spares & Consumables, Costing & Budgeting.

Job Requirements:

- Check & Inspect DCS & Instrumentation Erection. Highlight Critical Activities & Red Flag Areas of Concern.

- Ensure Erection Work Progress & Quality of Erection

- Operations stage: Check Physically Control Valves, DCS, PLCs, ESD, All Plant Instrumentation, Utilities Instrumentation, Analyzers, Fire & Alarm, Vibration Monitoring, Control Panels Juc Boxes, Inst Air Tubings, Manifolds, the Maintain Performance Records.

- Ensure maintenance Manpower, Spares, Tools, Equipment are in place before any planned maintenance activity.

- Make relevant reports - with detailed recommendations. Weekly, Monthly,Yearly

- Budgeting for the year for maintenance & spares.

- Ensure all Dwgs & Documents are catalogued & stored..

- Experienced in Upgrades of DCS, ESD, PLCs & PCMS

- Familiar with codes, with NEC,IEC,API, ISA, IEEE and others electrical/Instrumentation standards/codes

- Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance, overhauling, trouble shooting

- Leadership & Communication skills.

- Out of the Box Thinker.

- English language

- Medically Fit.
