- Very good time, motion study and designing of the manufacturing unit set-up
- Someone who can handle testing team, before the finished product is delivered
- Coordination with Suppliers, Vendors
- Very good at Quality and Cost management
- Process driven, Extremely systematic
- Very good at documentation, reporting and Technology
- Good at people management
- Handled IR issues effectively
