Key Responsibilities:-
- Have to develop MBD models from scratch and to perform suspension, full vehicle analysis.
- To provide component loads from various analysis to the durability team
- To identify a new process with the new advancement from the tool
- To debug the model and perform correlation with test data
- Parameterization of the model Automation of regular process
Essential:
- Minimum 5 years in vehicle dynamic simulation
- Good with handling team
- Must be strong in basic analytical calculations
- Must have worked on Adams in simulating suspension and full vehicle analysis
- Must have built a vehicle model in MSc Adams/Adams car from scratch
- Should have performed suspension level analysis for calculating the loads, suspension characteristics (K&C) etc
- Should have performed full vehicle analysis in Ride for vehicle correlations and load extractions at various components for durability
- Should have performed Handling analysis for determining the vehicle behavior
- Flex body creation in Nastran.
Knowledge in Model debugging

- Knowledge in C / Python Knowledge in physical testing, correlation and manufacturing process Experience in vehicle testing and measurement
