Qualification:- Diploma/ BTech/MTech in Mechanical from a Reputed University.

Exp:- Min 12 years of Experience.

Location:- Indonesia.

Note:- 1 year on bachelor accommodation and then Family accom.,

Job Requirement:-

Work Experience in Large Ammonia Plant preferably KBR Technology

Exposed to Design-Construction-Erection-Commissioning of Ammonia Project from Owner side.

Plant Maintenance, Day-to-Day Checks, Turnaround jobs, Overhauling of Process & Utilities Compressors, Turbines, Pumps and other Rotating Equipment's.

Lead and Head the Rotating Equipment Maintenance Team.

Experienced in CMMS for Maintenance Scheduling, Preventive, Predictive & Inventory of spares & Consumables, Costing & Budgeting.

Job Responsibility:

- Check & Inspect Rotating Equipment Erection, Highlight Critical Activities & Red Flag Areas of Concern.

- Ensure Quality of Erection & Alignment,

- Operations stage: Check Physically the Plant Rotating Equipment & Maintain Performance Records.

- Ensure maintenance Manpower, Spares, Tools, Cranes are in place before any planned maintenance activity.

- Make relevant reports - with detailed recommendations. Weekly, Monthly, Yearly

- Budgeting for the year for maintenance & spares.

- Ensure all Dwgs & Documents are catalogued & stored..

- Familiar with codes, design, inspection and maintenance of compressors, turbines and pumps, fan, blower and familiar with those control system.

- Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance, overhauling, trouble shooting

- Leadership & Communication skills.

- Out of the Box Thinker.

- English language

- Medically Fit.
