Lead Member - Purchase Control Boughtout (Manager)
Minimum Qualification : BE / Diploma (Electronic / Electrical).
Minimum Experience : About 8-10 years in reputed organization.
Exposure : Control bought outs - PLC, sensors, Cables, relays, switchgears, control panels & accessories etc, Imports
Reports to : Leader / Head
Position is reported by : Member - Purchase
Purpose of Job :
- Lead Member - Control bought outs - PLC, sensors, Cables, relays, switchgears, control panels & accessories etc, Imports
Key Responsibilities :
- Review Indent, prioritize urgencies & initiate procurement process.
- Ontime Procurement at optimum cost
- Review with Suppliers on daily / weekly basis and ensure intime procurements.
- Resolve queries related to procurements with Stores, QC & Accounts on daily basis.
- Analyze & define Reorder level database & get it set from superior.
- Timely escalation of any issues to immediate boss & pursue until it gets resolved.
- Achieve adequate inventory management by suggesting nearest alternative available in excess, cost effective alternates (makes).
- Submission of weekly MIS report.
- Execution of assign task as per guidelines of management
- Utilization / liquidation efforts on Excess inventory
