Job Description :
1. Inventory Management :
- Regularly monitor the stock levels of all publications.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure an optimal inventory level.
- Implement a robust tracking system to accurately monitor stock movement.
2. Order Fulfillment :
- Prioritize the fulfillment of customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline the shipping process.
- Maintain accurate records of order status and communicate any delays proactively.
3. Warehouse Organization :
- Optimize the layout of the warehouse to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper labeling and categorization of products for easy retrieval.
- Regularly conduct audits to identify and address any discrepancies.
4. Team Management :
- Supervise and motivate the warehouse staff to maintain productivity.
- Provide regular training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
5. Safety and Security :
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols within the warehouse.
- Regularly inspect equipment to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
- Enhance security measures to safeguard the warehouse and its inventory.
