Lead Project Management - Silos (8-10 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
1. Project Planning, prepare schedules for the project, adherence to project schedules to complete project in stipulated time.
2. Project plans and documentations
3. Address financial constraints of the projects and meet the same
4. Cross functional team supervision
5. Floating of Quotations, Price negotiations, finalizing Contractors for projects
6. Price negotiation with Vendors
7. Discussion with Customer on project scope and finalizing the same
8. Review with Contractors on scope of work and estimates, negotiation of the same
9. Work with vendors and subcontractors to make sure that the specified materials and services are purchased for the project.
10. Review specifications and drawings, attend project coordination meetings, work through manpower issues, coordinate joint inspection of project sites (customer, supplier and or third party)
11. Coordination with site management and close monitoring of project execution for completion as per pre-defined timeline
12. Preparation of SOPs which are project specific
13. Prepare Predictive & breakdown maintenance schedules which are project specific for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant equipment & machinery
14. Conversant with Safety norms, systems, procedures, practices and related regulatory provisions
15. An effective communicator with honed relationship management, coordination, people management and analytical skills; zeal to lean and adopt new technologies
