Lead - Project Operations - Residential & Commercial Construction (15-20 yrs)
We are looking for Project Operations Lead (Residential & commercial construction)
Experience : 15 Yrs
- Should have a min of 15 years of experience in construction
- Hands on experience in handling all sorts of construction projects ranging from small scale villas to different types of high-rise buildings and also should be well versed with softwares like Primavera, MS projects etc
- Should managing teams have proven leadership skills and relevant experience in developing and
- Should possess strong analytical and data driven decision making skills
- Should be the subject matter expert in construction
- Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
- The candidate needs to be enthusiastic to work in a start-up environment & should be ready to wear multiple hats shouldering key responsibilities.
- Must thrive in ambiguous situations without losing vision
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including ability to synthesize data and deliver a clear overview of strategy, opportunity and risks to diverse audiences
- Should be willing to travel
