Lead - Structural Engineering (15-23 yrs)
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineering Lead to join our engineering back-office team and support the delivery of major infrastructure and urban development projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership in structural engineering, along with proven experience contributing to multidisciplinary consultancy deliverables for large-scale infrastructure programs. This role requires excellent coordination skills, problem-solving ability, and expertise in structural design across project stages.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's Degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant professional experience in structural engineering and infrastructure design.
- Strong background in large infrastructure and urban development projects.
- Proven experience working within a design consultancy or multidisciplinary engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of structural design standards, analysis methods, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in relevant design tools and software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and technical reporting skills.
- Availability to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Key Responsibilities
- Accountable and responsible for contributing to all structural engineering deliverables.
- Lead the structural discipline and ensure high-quality design development and technical output.
- Ensure effective interdisciplinary communication and coordination to resolve design interface challenges.
- Support structural problem-solving across infrastructure and utility-related components.
- Review and approve structural drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Participate in design reviews, quality assurance processes, and internal coordination meetings.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD technicians.
