Lead - Technical Design - EPC (8-20 yrs)
Job Description :
- Minimum 8 + Years of experience as an engineering professional with strong experience in Technical Design of any EPC (Oil & Gas / Thermal Power Plant / Mining) / similar projects to lead, oversee & manage the design team.
- Strong experience in Civil / Structural & mechanical (Duct, Tanks, Silos, Scrubbers & etc.,) technical designs by preparing design basis, calculation reports with proper design details, procedures & standards.
- To take the lead in developing / reviewing the design calculations & analysis for a wide range of products. Participating in the Technical review / Audit of designs with other disciplines & customer.
- To manage projects, maintain accurate records of design changes & project activities by developing schedules, allocating resources & ensuring the timely completion within budgetary constraints.
- Experience in designing AQS (Air Quality System) / APC (Air Pollution Control) products like ESP, Fabric filter, Flue gas desulphurization, wet gas scrubber & similar.
- Good knowledge in codes, standards & regulatory requirements for ensuring the designs & installations comply within the applicable regulations & guidelines.
- Work in accordance with the professional standards, market practices & laws, budget specifications defined by the client.
- To manage & to resolve technical issues with construction, manufacturing & erection companies / departments as well as the customer complaints.
- Analysing the customer's specifications & highlighting the consequences on & related equipment.
- To collaborate with the cross-functional teams for coordinating the project activities & deliverables. Also, supporting the sales & proposal team in estimation.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to clearly communicate the technical aspects, ideas & recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
