Leadership Role - Head - Facilities (5-20 yrs)
A fast growing technology, start-up based out of Gurgaon is looking for Head, Facilities to oversee their multiple facilities spread across the Delhi-NCR region.
The company provides superior living experience to millennials in India through its various offerings targeted at young working professionals and students. The incumbent will report to the CEO/COO of the company and will have facility managers of the company's in and under operation units reporting directly to him.
Roles and Responsibilities
a) Develop, communicate and execute the strategic plan of the company
b) Manage facilities team at assigned facilities and oversee their operations
c) Ensure quality service is provided to all stakeholders in line with the business policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
d) Overseeing relevant vendor management, outsourcing, handling legal and technical aspects would also fall under your purview
e) Liaison with government authorities and handling statutory obligations
