Leadership Role - Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Powertrain (8-30 yrs)
Powertrain Simulation:
- Oversee and steer the implementation of powertrain simulation models that translate well to real world measurements
- Ensure timely delivery of simulation models to engineering teams to support the development of powertrain modules
- Ensure models compatibility with Driver In the Loop simulator and support evaluation and tuning for - Powertrain Performance- attribute
- Lead the design and development of automated tests for various attributes including pre-test and HPC compatibility
- Ensure support to the integration of CAE results into internal post processing tools
- Drive the impact evaluation of component tuning activities drawing actionable insights and draft detailed reports
- Oversee the process development of workflow automation for powertrain modelling and post-processing via cross-functional collaboration with internal teams
- Support the R&D efforts of the powertrain (drive, power electronics) engineering team pertaining to engineering quality
Background:
- Experience with simulating powertrains of Hybrid or Electric vehicle
- Proven experience with numerical modelling and system simulation is required
- Experience with BEV is required
