Day-to-Day Work involves (only from Audio industry can apply) :

1. Managing the new audio product sourcing via manufacturing companies situated in China

2. Regular testing of Earphones/Headphones samples

3. Conducting Quality analysis and feedback collection by coordinating with sales and support team

4. Implementing Improvements in products (Aiming for 4+ star rated product on all sales channels)

5. Develop negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals

6. Identifying and validating new gaps in the market by coordinating with sales team

7. Preparing technical handbook and training modules for new products.

Skillset :

1. Project Management

2. Quality Analysis

3. Requirement Analysis

4. Financial Analysis

We are looking for a person with :

1. 1+ years of experience in product sourcing and project management, experience with audio products is a plus point

2. Good communication skills. It requires lots of emails, phone calls & in-person meetings.

3. Good market research skills and data analysis skills

4. Willing to push for the high work hours

5. Ability to take ownership of the project

6. Quick learning capability

7. Ability to travel to new places. It requires a visit to different locations.
