About the Role :

We are searching for an Operations Manager

The charter for this role will include:

- Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about business problems and come up with Working cross-functionally with key stakeholders like product & business to identify critical business needle movers

 - Collaborate w/ teams to priorities initiatives, track progress & ensure a consistent high-bar on excellence and project delivery

- Develop the right strategy & solutions for the program to achieve the performance improvement metrics

- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.

- Makes recommendations for Process Improvements and/or Product Enhancements

Ideal Persona:

- 1 to 3 years working in consumer technology companies.

- Bias to action, proactive & innovative by nature

- Strong attention to detail

- Good Analytical skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Comfortable working with multiple teams and stakeholders across the company

- Formulating, organizing and monitoring inter-connected projects.
