Lectron - Electrician - Electric Vehicle Chargers Installer (3-5 yrs)
We are looking for a qualified young Electrician, who will be tasked with the installation of electric vehicle chargers and charging station infrastructure across Tamil Nadu. The person will carry out a variety of installation work including residential and commercial EV charge point, grid connectivity, solar panels and batteries integration.
- 3 to 5 years proven experience as electrician with sound technical knowledge
- Single and three phase installations
- Site assessment, inspection and improvise solutions for charger installation
- Experience in laying high power cables, earthing, power splitting etc
- Understand and resonate our hardware and software solutions
- Responding to customer issues and AMS follow-up on timely manner
- Good interpersonal skills to manage customer perception to a high level
- Good communication skills to deal with customers
- Must be willing to travel
- Must be able to coach junior technicians to assist during market expansion
- Previous experience in Automobile or electrical industry, EV charger installations certificate is a plus
