Levers For Change - PMO Executive - Real Estate Industry (2-5 yrs)
Job Summary :
- We are hiring for one of our client based in Indore.
- Client is reputed and leader in real estate market of middle India.
- We are looking for a Project Management Office candidate who is eager to learn and connect his past experience in Real estate with real time problems.
- Candidate must have past experience in Real Estate in project management department.
- Candidate must possess the knowledge of Real Estate supply chain including budgeting, sanctioning to implementation and monitoring.
- Candidate must be willing to relocate to Indore as it will be full time permanent location.
Responsibilities and Duties : Selected candidate will be a part of PMO office reporting directly to Managing Director.
Responsibilities :
- Map current processes & control systems
- Identify gaps & areas of improvement
- Drive the team to implement the agreed solutions
- Adherence to deadlines achieving deliverables of the project
- Quantify the impact of issues identified
- Identify potential issues that would affect the deliverables of the part of project allocated to him and resolve them along with team
- Enhance the skills (e.g. problem identification, problem solving) - of the team working under him.
- Running brainstorming sessions and facilitating workshops
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Past experience in Real Estate project management
- Candidate should be from Tier-1 engineering college
- Candidate must be from Indore or willing to relocate in Indore
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : 300,000.00 to - 500,000.00 /year
