Job Summary

We are hiring Production Trainees to support our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn production processes, machine handling, quality control, and safety practices in a glass manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in daily production activities under supervisor guidance

- Learn and operate glass processing machines and tools

- Support cutting, polishing, laminating, tempering, assembling, packing, and finishing processes

- Perform basic quality inspections of glass products

- Maintain production records and follow SOPs

- Strictly follow safety, health, and environmental guidelines

- Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards on the shop floor

- Work in rotational shifts as per production requirements

Eligibility / Qualification

- +2 / ITI / Diploma (Any stream - Technical preferred)

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Skills & Traits

- Willingness to learn with a positive attitude

- Basic machine or production knowledge preferred

- Team player with discipline and punctuality

- Physically fit for shop-floor work

Training & Development

- Company induction and safety training

- On-the-job training with experienced supervisors

- Exposure to modern glass manufacturing machinery

Experience

Fresher to 1 year experience preferred

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: - 15,000 - - 17,000 per month
