Liaisoning Architect - Structural Drawing (10-20 yrs)
Job Description :
1) Coordination with external consultants and internal team . Advise internal team on optimum use of FSI. HRC,MOEF presentation and meetings
2) Coordination and relationship management with liaison architect and shortlist liaison architects basis past performance and project requirements
3 )Maintain all necessary information required for obtaining approvals
4 ) Coordinate with liaison architect to ensure that the plans for municipal and other approvals are delivered in a timely manner
5) Review and approve the plans from liaison architects for obtaining approvals
6) Coordination and scrutiny of structural drawings, working drawings, service drawings, sales drawings, brochure drawings etc
7) Proactively plan /track various liaisoning necessitates and services
