Libratherm Instruments - Executive Assistant (1-3 yrs)
- To work as an assistant to the top management, mainly in business management, business development, and business operations.
- To monitor various manufacturing departments, prepare the MIS report for management review and analysis.
- To monitor the performance and prepare the performance report of various departments.
- Help them improve productivity
- Direct assignments were given by the top management for document preparation, social media updates, ISO processes, blog writing, social media uploads, etc.
- Coordination with department heads to prepare the production and dispatch schedules.
Required Candidate profile
- Pleasant personality with leadership characteristics, polite, punctual, self- disciplined and well-mannered behaviour.
- Sound Knowledge and Familiarity with IT and business processes
- Internet, Email and social media savvy.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Local Languages both verbal and written.
- Presentation skills and Familiarity with Google, MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), etc.
- Preferred from Electronics background
- Age Preference: Below 30yrs
- Perks and Benefits : At par with the Industry standard with all statutory compliance and will not be the bar for the eligible and deserving candidates. Working Hours: Weekdays, 9 AM to 6.30 PM. Closed on Sundays and alternate Saturdays.
