Key Roles/Responsibilities :

- Develop & deploy a Supply Chain strategy for Capacity Planning, Production and Logistics

- Designing & generating monthly, weekly and daily statistical demand and inventory forecasts, improving forecasting techniques, method, and approach

- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to reconcile significant variances, refine the forecast model

- Provide input to the Production and operations in developing inventory, logistics and fulfillment strategies

Production plan

- Integration with marketing and production/operations team for better strategic plan

- Working on historical data to forecast production

- Provide inputs on fine-tuning the production plans based on prioritization among SKUs

Inventory Management

- Monitor FG inventory across the pipeline

- Track slow and fast moving inventory and inform about SKUs likely to expire to Marketing team for taking extra steps for liquidation

Dispatch and logistics management

- Review daily dispatch plan shared by dispatch teams

- Track dispatches from plant and suggest change in mode as required

Required Skills :

- 7-10 year of relevant experience

- MBA from a premier institute

- IT acumen, backed by proficiency in MS-Office, ability to handle complex data.
