Lighting Product Design Engineer (3-8 yrs)
Job Description :
Education: B.E(Mechanical Engineering)
Skill sets:
- Lighting Product Design (Like Head Lamp, Tail Lamp, Fog Lamp etc.) for Automotive applications using CAD s/w -Catia V5 s/w in close coordination with PD Team.
- Should be able to design Automotive Lighting Products in Catia V5 from given A-Surface to complete functional Lamps with required feasibility studies like Geometric Visibility, Mounting Concepts, Aiming Requirements, Regulatory requirements etc.
- Should be able to Co-ordinate working closely with design Team related to CAE, Optics etc Team.
- Understand the Customers work requirement and project deliverables (Project time estimation, quality and commit delivery dates).
- Participating in Design Reviews with Cross Functional PD & Manufacturing Team.
- Meeting the quality Procedure/Standards for CAD Design of Components (assembly & part Level).
- Maintaining the Time records, data Management using TCe/GBC & project Details.
- Design Products meeting the required Component Tool Design requirements. Should have good Knowledge of Plastic Mold design Requirements.
- Working Knowledge of design documents DFMEA, DVP, Reliability Matrix etc
