Listenlights - Junior Manufacturing Engineer (1-5 yrs)
Position: Jr. Engineer (Manufacturing Engineering)
Experience: 1-3Years
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering- no gap in education
Working- Alternate Saturdays
Competencies:
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Sound knowledge on basic electrical engineering concepts
- Extended knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication.
- Organizational Skills
- Self-Motivated
- Ability to adapt in a highly dynamic environment.
- Candidate must have Manufacturing background
Responsibilities:
- Customer input review and deployment (Compliance matrix)
- PDM/Configuration management, Proto MD review.
- Initial routing review and update process record for proto development.
- Manufacturing Drawing preparation & review following Cascaded drawing validation check sheet.
- ECN initiation and implementation.
- New product transfer to production.
Behavioural attributes:
- Good teamwork. Must have good organizational skills.
- Must be proactive and show initiative.
Great attention to details, autonomous, etc.
