Logistics Manager - Frozen Foods (6-11 yrs)
Job Description :
We are hiring for Logistic Manager for Frozen foods company based out of AP.
Job Role :
- Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed
- Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps
- Focus on safety, cost management and business growth in all interactions and directives
- Familiar with SAP (MM Module).
- Skilled in Warehouse Management, Distribution logistics Management Shrinkage or Stock variance
- Leading the development and implementation of regional S&OP Process in alignment with global S&OP process.
- Understand customers needs, service those needs, and maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customers key personnel involved in or directly relevant to supply chain activities
- Oversee organization wide management of the strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, and evaluation of services
- Manage / coordinate the sales and operations planning process including supply / demand forecasting, inventory management, and on time delivery
- Develop and / or participate in the development of the supply chain strategy for the organization
- Stay informed of advances in supply chain technology and approaches, and apply within the organization to improve supply chain processes
- Preparing Daily Dispatches, production Reports and Material stock reports on daily basis
- Maintains record of closing stocks and opening stocks of packing materials/finished goods of daily basis.
- Certification of the vendor bills for payment and to ensure that the validation against the proper documents.
- Ensure proper regional execution of supply plans and align regional supply planning with global supply plans and flexibly adjust according to market realities and situation.
- Optimize the material management processes i.e. including inventory and warehouse management within and across the region.
- Support business mid-term planning by providing resource, capacity and inventory information
- Support demand planning and complexity management activities.
- Drive continuous improvement within the supply chain and support the optimization of the work flow and organization.
