Logistics Manager - Modern Trade - FMCG (2-5 yrs)
About the Client :
- They are the diversified conglomerate with interests in Energy (Power, Renewables, Chemicals), Consumer (retail, food services), Entertainment (media, music, sports) and technology businesses.
- The Group is looking to build a strong position in the consumer space. As a group, primarily into the consumer and technology businesses. The new business would aim to build a portfolio of new brands in the foods category (before expansion into other categories such as personal care and home care).
JD:-
Person should be able to handle role independently and behaving good understanding of basic supply chain processes
- Demand Planning/distribution planning
- To Coordinate with Supply Chain teams of all Key Accounts
- Responsible for Modern Trade Fill Rate/Forecast accuracy/OTIF
- Responsible for Central Order Processing
- Responsible for EDI implementation with key accounts
- Good Analytical mind set
- Should have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Coordinating with Central planning team to ensure stock available @ warehouses
- SAP knowledge will have an added advantage
- Position is based in Kolkata and reporting to Head of Logistics
