Job description :
- Factory Administration and Labor Management.
- Traffic Management (Inward & Outward both management)
- To ensure smooth operation.
- Ensure all the enquiries are responded effectively.
- Man management on all levels.
- Ensuring business growth is met and maximized through increased profit margins as per company guidelines and business plan. (Ensure Optimum Productivity).
- To increase the production through structured planning whilst lowering the unit costs.
- Ensuring procedures are in place to monitoring, reducing and managing risk.
- To be able to set achievable goals for staff and operatives to reach both in their work and personal development.
- Local Liaisoning (District Level) Departments such as Forest,Mining, Revenue,pollution,explosive,PWD.
- To monitor the efficiency and the productivity of the factory and discuss in details regarding the business requirements and propose for the improvement.
- Maintenance of payroll record with respect to master data and monthly information.
- To develop safe and healthy environment at the work places.
- Exercising security measures to safe guard the factory property & Labor.
- Horticulture & Green Filed Mgt.
- To make sure all the appropriate equipment are tested/calibrated in due time and certificates are maintained.
- Ensure monthly and weekly reports are prepared.
- To identify the Training requirements for the department personals and propose to the management.
