Lupin - Production Manager - Plant Operations (14-18 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Production planning, monitoring, supplying and achieve targets for quantity, quality, RM and utility consumptions.
- To ensure strict adherence to monthly production plan.
- Take care of production process and ensuring that the production is cost effective by supervising and motivating the team
- Engagement at shop floor with hands on approach on regular basis
- Continuous improvement of plant operations, processes, cost reduction & resource optimization
- Manpower planning, training, motivating, productivity improvements
- Ensure Safety in materials handling, storage and plant operations
- Preparation of Budget, monitoring and implementation
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Purchase, Stores, PE, PDL & other depts. on routine matters
- Ensure compliance to all cGMP, GxP, or any other regulatory requirements, including EH&S requirements.
- Ensure that all managed operations and activities are executed as per the applicable SOPs.
- Maintain control to ensure that all team members are trained on the relevant SOPs and support continuous learning/ capability building.
- Encourage a culture of quality compliance and open communication that supports all employees to raise quality concerns or suggest improvements.
- To ensure that all production deviations are reported and evaluated and that critical deviations are investigated, and the conclusions are recorded.
- Monitor water consumption and waste water generation and take measures to conserve/reduce the same.
