Lupin - Safety/EHS Officer (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Awareness on legal requirements wrt Safety and Health.
- Issuance of work permits as per system/guideline.
- Impart EHS training to company employees and contractual employees.
- Review weekly trials of Fire, Safety and emergency equipment's and made action plan for gap compliance.
- Carried out safety rounds and highlighting the unsafe condition and Unsafe acts in the department to the section in charge for its necessary action to eliminate the same and educate the people.
- Responsible to review emergency need identification and follow the onsite emergency plan.
- Investigate and compliance of CAPA of accident/incident to avoid re-occurrence.
- Responsible to conduct the EHS walk through and physical condition tour as per schedule.
- Responsible to conduct area risk assessment and process safety risk assessment along with team member.
- To monitor work place monitor and give recommendation report to concern department line Manager
- Carried out Hazop, JSA, RA, PSSR of new/revised and critical processes and operations recommendations on process safety and Its compliances.
- SAP awareness like PRS, Code generation, Service entry etc
- Computer Skill for ppt, word, excel, graphical, etc
