Procurement Engineer/Sr. Engineer
Job Description :
- To cater to the increased US business volume and meet the expected US buyouts procurement, new vendor development and vendor relationship management
- Understand all buyout requirements for US businesses.
- Float the RFQ and get the best quotation for pre-sales and actual buying requirements
- Negotiating price, terms of sale, shipping arrangements, and other details of transactions with suppliers
- Preparing purchase orders for items that have been approved for purchase.
- Process all PI and initiate the payment to the supplier as per approved PO terms.
- Monitor all purchase orders, and payments and ensure the on time site deliveries as per the project schedule.
- Ensure all documents and GRN compliance against each PO & invoice
- Develop and maintain a relationship with new vendors and manage items information, and update purchasing data in SAP.
- Understanding the buyers company practices and procedures, including accounting standards and regulations.
- 3-7 years (PEB Procurement Experience preferred )
- Ready to work as per US business working hours 3:00 Pm IST to 1:00 PM IST
