Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Maintenance Engineer to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial machines and equipment. The role involves both preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain optimum productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in machines.
- Ensure proper installation and commissioning of new machines or equipment upgrades.
- Maintain maintenance logs and documentation for all repair and service work.
- Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance work with minimal disruption.
- Analyze recurring machine issues and propose long-term solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities..
