Machine Operator (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Machine Operator Plastics Extrusion is responsible for operating HDPE and other plastics extrusion machine and meeting production targets
2. Responsible for mixing / compounding, performing the extrusion operation to produce plastic films as per the client requirements.
3. Must be able to carry out basic QC on the product
4. Must be responsible for stocks and inventory and daily stock taking
5. Must carry out basic housekeeping of the production area along with team
6. Responsible for health and safety
7. Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance
8. Responsible for training junior operators and helpers
Job Specification :
- Experience - 5 years plus experience in HDPE plastic extrusion specifically
- Able to handle team of 2-3 helpers to assist with production and housekeeping
Qualification : Min. Diploma or ITI graduate
- Knowledge of basic maintenance for extrusion machine
