Machine Operator - Production Management (1-10 yrs)
Job location: Chennai, TamilNadu, Bangalore, Cochin
Candidates with ITI | NCVT | Diploma qualification having minimum 1 to 5 years of work experience as Machine operator in the manufacturing | production environment.
Fresher's can also apply for this position.
Job Role and Responsibilities :
1. Achieve the targeted production as per production plan, however can make changes in the plan as per demand.
2. Has to achieve the specified quality standards consistently also develop processes to improve quality standards.
3. Should be able to manage Handle team of 5 to 10 workers, staff, and support function.
4. Allocate work based on ability and skills of team member.
5. Has to provide training to the new machine operators, packing workers and supervisors as per guidelines (machine operation, quality at all stages of production, food safety, sanitation & hygiene requirements, safety) to perform the job.
6. Ensure safety & hygiene at the work place.
7. Has to do cross department interaction/ coordination e.g. with purchase, quality officer, SCM accounts etc.
8. Attend review meetings; lead/actively participate in units performance, improvement initiatives.
9. Independently handle all the activities of the shift in absence of Factory Manager.
