Machine Operator - Thermoforming (2-5 yrs)
- Operate the Thermoforming Machine and its Function.
- Ensure the Machine neat & Clean by following 5S and GMP.
- Allocate the task to the Helpers to clean the machine, monitor their task, utilize them properly.
- Checking and analyse the entire function of machine while handover by another operator at shift change.
- Monitor and ensure the process parameter of the machine as per standards.
- Utilize the Machine properly as per its capacity and Production plan.
- Maintain and fill up the Production report on hourly basis.
- Checking the Product Quality time to time as per Quality Standard.
- Must assist the Mould Change Engineers while changing the Mould.
- Achieve the Machine Target and Production target as per schedule assign.
- Convey the wastage to the grinder department to informing Grinder operator.
- Mention the all information like Article No. Batch No, shift wise Manufacturing Date, Roll serial no in Carton Boxes.
- Strictly follow the SOP's.
Qualifications and Education Requirements : ITI/Polytechnic.
Other Requirements :
- Experience in printing & Packaging preferable.
- Must Coordinate with Production Supervisor, Maintenance Manager and Quality Manager
- Expert in Handling the Team of helpers.
- Excellent Communication Skills and Leadership Skills.
- Ready to work in All shift.
