Machine Operators - CNC/VMC/VTL/HMC (0-9 yrs)

- Set up and operate 5 AXIS/TREVISAN/CNC/VMC/HMC/VTL machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and job orders.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and report machine issues.
- Measure finished parts using instruments like calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
- Ensure parts meet quality standards and tolerances.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or Machinist trade (preferred), 10th, 12th, Any Degree [ Pass or Fail].
- 0 - 10 years of experience operating 5 AXIS/TREVISAN/CNC/VMC/HMC/VTL machines.
- Familiarity with CNC controls.
- Ability to read technical drawings and handle measuring tools.
- Basic knowledge of tooling and offsets.
- Willingness to work in shifts
