Machine Setter - Mechanical (4-9 yrs)
Job Description :
- Work experience in 3 axis & 5 Axis DMG machines
- Having exposure and work experience in controllers like Hideenhein, Fanuc, etc
- Responsible for tool selection, Tool setting and Part setting
- Responsible to prove the first part and handover the machine to the machine operator
- Responsible for fault finding in part or production should be attend by the setter
- Adherence to monthly billing plan and support the project team to complete the project on time.
- Observe machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunctions; adjust machines as necessary.
- Responsible for 5S activities and safe work condition in their work location
Salary:INR 1,50,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.
