Machine Shop Engineer - Automobile (3-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Should have knowledge and skills in CNC VMC Programming and Setting parameters of machines.
- Should have Knowledge of ISO-TS Documentation.
- Analyzes product specifications, and clarifies product requirements and maintain the machining conditions accordingly.
- Knowledge in Cutting tool selection & Holding Methods
- Excellent skills on drawing reading.
- Must have knowledge of work observation, work load management, MM chart etc.
- Ability to perform the various kaizens at machine shop to improve the process
- Knowledge in Machine controllers (FANUC, SIEMENS, HEIDENHAIN) & Post processor
- Ensures appropriate process and product documentation.
- Shift and Manpower handling skills
- Adhere to and execute according to production planning to meet delivery schedule
- Implementation of SOP, WI and Process flow on shop floor for better productivity
