Purpose of the Position :
- Set up the Machine tool with all necessary tools and Fixtures
- Set up the work piece on the machine tool according to the setup scheme.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Read and understand mechanical drawing and setup scheme.
- Working with the machine operator for adjust the work piece on machine tool table.
- Manage fixture, setup tools and setup equipment in the storage area.
- Understand cranes functions and limitations as well as its particular operating characteristics.
- HSEMS & QS Compliance.
- Standard sentence from HR.
On Job Training Contents:
- Crane operator training.
