Job Description :
1. Maintenance : Perform routine and preventive maintenance on medical machinery to ensure their proper functioning and longevity.
2. Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve technical issues and malfunctions related to medical machinery promptly and efficiently.
3. Demo and Training : Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals, customers, and end-users on the proper usage and functionality of the medical machinery.
4. Installation : Assist with the installation and setup of medical machinery at customer sites, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and specifications.
5. Documentation : Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and service reports for each medical machinery unit.
6. Collaboration : Collaborate with the parent manufacturers' technical support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, and provide feedback on product performance and improvements.
7. Customer Support : Provide technical support and assistance to customers, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
8. Compliance : Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, guidelines, and safety standards related to the maintenance and operation of medical machinery.
9. Training and Development : Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical machinery technology and attend training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
