MachineShop Incharge - Production Management (10-20 yrs)
Job description :
- Better knowledge about CNC TURNING & VMC with setting & programming.
- Experience on CNC shop, Press shop, Weld shop & Assembly shop production.
- Knowledge in gear teeth cutting (Hobbing, Shaving, Shaping).
- Knowledge of LATHE, SPM, GPM, Grinding, Spline rolling, Thread rolling, Gang drilling, Reaming, Broaching, Gun drilling, Spline deburring, Honning, Centering & facing, & also machine makers such as TAKAMAZ, MURATAC, MISTUBAISI with auto loader.
- Knowledge of Jigs & Fixtures.
- To manage overall activities of production, Daily Production Controls & Documentation.
- Ensure on time delivery to internal as well as external customer.
- Planning on m/c loading as per schedule. Verification of daily in m/c shop production records.
- To monitor verification of job set up for process as per control plan. Process qualification, validation for all manufacturing process.
- To participate in new product development, APQP activities.
- Daily review of schedule v/s dispatches. Prepare and issue monthly and weekly production plan as per customer schedule.
- Monitor targets for production and departmental objectives. Prepare monthly process audit plan as per monthly production schedule..
- Responsible for production & Rejection with specified qualities standard and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge about arrangement of tooling & insert.
- Rejection Analysis & Corrective Action
- Depth knowledge in Problem solving techniques with the help of 7QC tools & PDCA cycle.
- Optimum utilization of Manpower & Machines by evaluating and reviewing Production Daily Yield and Machine utilization summary reports. (M/c hourly monitoring sheet) consolidated with pareto chart find out the root cause and take corrective action plan.
- Developing operator's skills by giving induction Training and Reviewing by periodically.
- Team member of Quality Control circle.
- Weekly & Monthly overall Production, Dispatch & Rejection Tracking Report submission to management.
- Motivating the all employees to get higher productivity with less rejection and encouraging the employees on monthly basis.
- Implementing 100% leveling system during planning to fulfill all types of customer requirements.
- Implementing Kaizens (Continuous Improvement) Practices, 5s & pokayokes.
- To maintain house keeping with help of 5S.
- Working on ERP.
- Maintenance Record Analysis
- Target achieve with optimum OEE
