We offer an exciting opportunity to lead the Depot EMR sites across IBS Area, supporting the ambitious growth plans of the Area L&S as well as the wider WCA strategy.
Key Responsibilities
As the Area Depot EMR Manager, you will be leading a large team of 20+ staff & 150+ contract workforce, with full responsibility deliver operations in a safe and compliant manner, including cost ownership, service responsibility and ownership of all the operational assets of the sites responsible across IBS locations.
You will be responsible for:
- EBITDA of the Sites
- Productivity and Cost Efficiency
- Customer satisfaction / NPS
- Transformation, by having new products
- HSSE Drive
- Optimization of the assets
Who we are looking for:
- The ideal candidate will be a Customer centric, HSSE driver and structured Leader of Leaders, capable of effectively engaging with key stakeholders.
- The role is placed in the Mumbai Nhava Sheva, Dighode Reefer Repair Depot, and reports into Head of Equipment, IBS
