Job Profile :

- Quantity Surveying, Estimation, Preparation of BOQ, Costing, Tender documents and Contracting for various projects.

- Get new contractors on board, rate analysis, rate negotiations

- Preparing Rate comparison sheet and present the same to seniors to finalize the Contractors.

- Getting Quotation of Building Materials from different Vendors and Prepare Comparison Sheet (Quantity/ Rate Pre and Post GST) for Credit Note against Work Order

- Assist in preparing project quantities and commercial documentation for tender processes and evaluations

- Assisting and coordinating all Costing & Contracting functions with internal BOQ Team, Design team and on-site team

- Keeping track of Independent Contractor bills against work value

- Verification of Master Cost Plan; Participate in Value Engineering process

Other Skills :

- Sound technical understanding of costing & tendering activities

- Computer Savvy should be proficient with Scheduling software

- Should be able to read & review technical drawings
