Maintenance Engineer - Cement Industry (4-9 yrs)
Job Description :
- Proven competency in the maintenance and operation of equipment in a broad industrial environment.
- Valid First Aid Certificate.
- Capacity and willingness to respond to after hours breakdowns (physically and remotely).
- Proven ability to lead a technical team and understand and influence their environment.
- Proven executor with respect for resource capability and good understanding of logistical requirements to optimise workforce efficiency.
- Management and leadership courses applicable to the working environment.
- Proven ability to formulate maintenance instructions to complete routine maintenance tasks.
- HND or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline preferred.
