Job Description
a. Should have worked in a food factory for at least 4 5 years.
b. Should have basic knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
c. Should have a flair for working in mechanization projects and support the mechanization team.
d. Must be good at complying to the preventive maintenance schedules within the stipulated time.
e. Must have a flair for increasing productivity, reduce reworks and wastages.
f. Must be a go-getter, maintain a good smooth relation-ship with workmen.
g. Must be both firm with respect to compliance to process control and at the same time be fair while handling workmen.
- Candidates in and around Guduvanchery preferred for this postion.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Team building - Ability to manage diverse teams, conflict management.
- Must be able to multi-task, follow up on tasks and complete projects on time.
- The candidate should have the ability to analyze, compare, and interpret facts and figures quickly; and be able to make sound judgments based on this information.
- A positive attitude to dealing with people.
- Should have good communication Skills.
- He / She should be in a position to lead the team of at least 4-5 juniors under him and guide them.
- Should be smart, confident, professional and having strong analytical skills.
